Nearly 90 Air Travels Connected to Epstein Reportedly Landed at or Took Off from UK Airports

An investigation has uncovered that nearly 90 aircraft journeys linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein allegedly touched down at and left UK airfields, with some reportedly transporting women from the UK who assert they were abused by the found guilty child sex offender.

Aviation Records Show Pattern of Movement

The travel manifests were among a trove of court documents and papers released by Epstein’s estate that have been made public over the last year. The investigation found 87 flights linked to Epstein – featuring many that were not previously known – arriving or departing from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Flights

Unnamed “females” were documented among the passengers flying to and from the UK. Notably, 15 of these UK flights occurred following Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a underage person.

“It was ‘shocking’ that there had never been a ‘full-scale UK investigation’ into his activities in the country,” remarked US lawyers representing numerous Epstein victims.

British Victims and Legal Proceedings

A statement from one of the UK-based survivors was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. But, that survivor has not received any contact by UK authorities, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police stated they had “not been provided with any additional information that would support restarting the inquiry.” They added, “If fresh and pertinent evidence be presented to us, encompassing any arising from the disclosure of documents in the US, we will assess it.”

Continuing Disclosure and Judicial Decisions

A bill to make public every document held by the American government in relation to Epstein passed the US Congress last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to comply. A vast number of documents are anticipated to be made public.

Separately, a US judge decided last week that the DOJ could disclose case files from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime confidante, who is currently serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
